The article outlines axiological basis of professional training English teachers, capable to develop communicative, cognitive and moral development junior schoolchildren when they master a new language facts from different culture. refers both the history methodological research, in which issues formation professionally significant skills foreign teacher were studied, modern problems teacher’s personality his readiness for pedagogical activity. examines linguistic values substantiates goal future primary stage secondary school, taking into account priority spiritual ability recognition professionalism as its fundamental characteristic. authors associate with disclosure personal potential teacher, is an integrative phenomenon, components are determining content person realizing educational developmental education.
